## Current status

The quotation preview is planned and not yet available. The intended document follows the fit and ROI assessment. It is not an instant formal quotation and should not be generated for an application that the assessment identifies as unsuitable.

## Why produce a preview

A technical champion often needs to carry the same application into engineering, management and procurement discussions. The preview is intended to preserve that shared basis without implying that unresolved geometry, safety or installation questions have been completed.

## Decision summary

The management and procurement view should include:

- the plant problem and affected equipment zone;
- fit outcome and confidence;
- documented operating effect;
- indicative commercial range where supported;
- important assumptions and exclusions;
- evidence needed before confirmation;
- calculation and method version;
- date and non-binding status.

## Technical basis

The engineering view should include:

- deposit reasoning and starting condition;
- operating temperature, moisture and process constraints;
- provisional system boundary and interfaces;
- existing cleaning and material-removal path;
- photographs, drawings and trends supplied, subject to approved handling;
- open mounting, air, controls, noise and hazardous-area checks;
- data required for a confirmed scope.

## What it will not establish

The preview is not a performance guarantee, site survey, safety assessment, detailed design, installation plan, compliance approval or formal quotation. It should not promise horn count, cleaning radius, availability gain, savings or price outside the assumptions shown.

## Route by assessment result

- **Strong fit:** prepare the preview and identify technical confirmation still required.
- **Possible or low confidence:** route the saved application to technical review rather than forcing a price.
- **Unsuitable:** explain the main reason and do not generate a commercial document that implies fit.
- **Unknown critical information:** preserve the incomplete record and request the evidence most likely to change the decision.

## Commercial terms to confirm

A final quotation may need confirmed product selection, sizing, materials, air treatment, controls, mounting, engineering, freight, tax, installation, commissioning, site work, validity, warranty and responsibilities. The preview must state which are included, excluded or unresolved.

The final public wording, document name and legal meaning require review for every market Sylio serves.
